FAQS (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)


This is a summary of the most frequently asked questions we receive:

1.- How is my order shipped?


Our product is small in size and weight. To avoid increasing the cost of the purchase, the shipment is sent in a letter envelope. By default, the shipment is sent by ordinary mail and will be deposited in your mailbox by the postman without prior notice. It is not possible for the postman to notify or call you to arrange delivery. During the purchase, it is possible to select other delivery methods, such as registered mail (hand delivery).

2.- When will I receive my order?


On our website we offer more than 120,000 product combinations (size, embroidery color, background color, etc.), not counting the possible customization of texts or names. This wide variety makes it impossible for us to keep stock of all products.
Your order is made to measure and this implies a delay between the receipt of the order and its shipment, which can vary between 3 to 5 days depending on the volume of work . To this term must be added the transport time, which is variable depending on the selected means of transport.
You must estimate that, between the date of the order and its receipt, between 5 and 10 days will elapse for shipments to Spain, 10 to 20 days for shipments to the European Union and up to 30 days for shipments to the rest of the world.

4.- How to request a Budget?


There is a link (ASK FOR A QUOTE) on the main page (top) where you can fill out the request form. If you prefer, you can call us or send us an email with the design, specifying size and quantity.

5.- Can I change the options of a patch?


Yes. We are manufacturers. We usually offer between 3 and 6 different sizes, 16 embroidery colors and 2 background colors per patch model. If you want a personalized combination, do not hesitate to ask us. Some changes, such as the size and background color, are likely to increase the price.

6.- Can I order a patch with Velcro?


Yes. By default all our patches are iron-on. If you want us to make it with velcro, there is an option that you can find at the following link:
